    Facial scrub to often and then my face breakout again. But the doctor claim that product is good to daily using:(0

    Why am I here I think this is over rated ur telling me to change my whole like style just to look slightly younger? I don't even do half the stuff on this list I just wash my face wash off soap and use the same towl I use on my body for my face of course I use it on my face then the rest of my body but still this stuff is crazy??

    What i do..

    -Drink plenty of water
    -Useclear lipbalm
    -Use baby oil to remove mascara or whole makeup(easier)
    -Use aloe vera gel
    -unscented moisturizer
    I have dry – combination skin

    I don't practice any of those because I don't have money for eating healthy food everyday and for all those masks which I'm not sure What to use. My husband not supporting me and don't care about my health and his neither… 😣

    You only need to exfoliate once a week, anymore than that will damage your skin.

    Don't thinking negative to much just be happy what you look like, n Don't use so often powder n liguit n to much sun n stress. Just have good sleep n thinking positive n not eat to much meat n fish. Just be vegan. 1000 persent look super young forever.

    Moisturize daily
    Sun tan lotion daily when going outside
    Scrub once a week
    Don't use a dirty towel, change it regularly, organic cotton
    Sleep with your hair in ponytail, invest in scrunchy
    Wash pillowcase, change it 2-3 times a week
    Take advantage of clay masks more often, for sensitive skin like mine, use rose clay
    What you eat, some good things include broccoli, peaches, carrots, tomatoes, red, yellow bell peppers, soy, fish, apricot, dark chocolate.
    Don't hide your pimples with concealer, take care of the blemishes, and go bare.
