Where is your preservative for the water??? Vitamin e is a good preservative for oils but is not enough on its own for the water. You are begging for a fungus.

Can't wait to try it. I love the option to use a steeped tea for the "water" element! Thank you!

Can i use vitamin e oil as a preservative? Also, can i substitute the tea mixture with jamaican black castor oil with camelia sinensis leaf (black tea)?. I would like to make about 16 ounces batch. I want somewhat like a thick pomade that can be used for hair, face and body even my dogs snot..thanks in advance.

Is wax is safe to use on your face skin? My skin is very sensitive i think, will wax make it worst and is anything else to replace the wax? Thank you.

looking for a cream to make for mothers day as a gift…stumbled upon this however…not sure why she didn't include Frankincense? That's like no.1 essential oil for mature/aging that I've researched so far. I may omit the "tea" and add Frankincense

You said you used Kalinga or Marigold in the tea. Kalinga is not marigold. Calendula is the botantical name for marigold. Do you use calendula or kalinga?

Thanks for the recipe. Mine separated at first, I don't have an immersion blender but there is an attachment to my hand mixer that looks like one, who knows? Anyway, after this first unsuccessful attempt I put it into my trustee Ninja single serve cup and volia! it blended just fine. I like it so far and hope it helps my old, dry face:)
