    You can see what kind of life / thoughts a person has held by looking at their wrinkles. If you’re angry you will have very deep harsh wrinkles. Your thoughts age you more than anything. Be present and practice gratitude

    What about genes? Doesn't that play a part anymore? I don't believe most of this. I don't drink hardy any fluids and I have "very few" wrinkles. My Mother had very few wrinkles. My Grandmother had very few wrinkles at 75 when she died. The sun does hurt your skin. Go to a working coast. Geez. Not one fisherman is wrinkle free at 30. I lived on the coast and I know what the sun does to a person. I am 60 and can pass for 30. Why you may ask. GENES AND NO SUN. What kind of Doctor are you? Do you even have a certificate? Diploma? I don't see a lot of common sense here. What are you selling? I see a lot of these new videos promoting "something" on false info.

    Doctor Berg continues to deliver fantastic ,informative videos. I have started putting some of his advice into practice and hope to see a big improvement in my health. I am still amazed at how unhelpful traditional doctors have been regarding serious health issues. I have had many symptoms and the many doctors and specialists I have seen treated me like a neurotic patient and basically got me onto antidepressants. None addressed my real health issues at all. I kept getting told my issues were genetic or part of ageing and that infuriated me. Drugs were readily prescribed. I am now off those mind crippling drugs and I am determined to take my health back into my hands. I am following Dr Berg's advice and hope to see big improvements in the new year.
